We are a virtual P.A company. The services we offer, include all the services of a P.A, without physically being in the same building as yourselves. Saving you time, space, equipment and most importantly money!
By allocating our clients a telephone number on our system, we answer calls in the name of our clients company. We are incredibly flexible and we tailor our services to meet your requirements. We take and make calls on your behalf!
Operating out of small offices, not large call centers, the service we provide is very personal; as our clients are allocated their own dedicated team member.

BT research shows that 69% of callers do not leave messages on answer phones or voicemail systems. Which could be potential business you could have lost. Unanswered phones, engaged tones and call waiting systems are all extremely frustrating.
If somebody is trying to call you, and you are unavailable/driving/in a meeting, that caller could have been the next big client or important meeting. You have the option to answer the calls you are able to, but the calls you miss are diverted to ourselves; without the caller even knowing. We can also filter out cold, sales and service calls. We will e-mail/text you with customers contact details, so you can call them when you are available or we can return their calls on your behalf. You need never miss a call again!
The service costs a fraction of what it would cost to employ your own staff to handle calls. There are no set up fees and we can normally have a line set up in 2 working days.
Our working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Saturday 9am-1pm.
An itemised bill is sent each month detailing all incoming and outgoing calls. Calls are not rounded up to a minute, they are charged to the second.
As well has call handling, we also cover administrative work, which includes:
Invoicing,
Preparing quotations,
Writing letters,
Taking minutes,
Diary management,
Database cleansing,
Debt chasing.
